Let us introduce to you. In the clothing manufacturing or garment industry, we started since 2002
Since then, we have finish some brand who trust the manufacturing their brand to us. some of them were: Ossela, Carvil, Nevada, Super T, Super R.
How do we ensuring the order of your clothes so it fits the time frame that we agree upon?
After final meeting with you, our factory head will create a plan to make the order run smoothly.
What we will do next...
- calculate the pieces total of every detail parts of the cloth according your requirements.
- calculate the overall time to produce parts of clothing until finish.
- calculate the total raw material fabric, thread, buttons, and materials / supporting components to complete your order.
The Power of Teamwork
In our clothing manufacturer (garment factory) we have a team who powered by about 40 persons. The people divided by their own division: 1) Whose realizing daily work clothing, 2) Whose realizing Suits, 3) Pants, 4) Tshirts & 5) Shirts.
We are powered by about total 60 young dynamics people who already to make your order done. For that aim, we have equipped our workshop by 20units of 4 yarn serger machine (we call it 'mesin obras'), overdeck machine 9 units, makeup machine 2 units & 15 units of 1 needle sewing machine.
The Question is, what kind of work/projects you have to be done?
We can addressing your idea if you have below projects:
- TShirt, both short and long sleeve, with logo & picture on it.
- Shirts - both short and long sleeve, with or without collar, with your logo or tagline printed on it.
- Plain Shirts, for your own production
- Jackets, with your own logo printed, attached on it.
- Suits, complete with the pants & ties.
- Hats - with your logo printed/embroideried on it
